It's true; kids really do say the darndest things. And as an elementary school teacher, I have the privilege of hearing (and sometimes seeing and smelling) them and then sharing them with you. :)

Hakuna Matata
Today I was helping a student with a Thanksgiving-themed crossword puzzle.
Him: Where did the Pilgrims land?
Me: I bet you know this. I'll give you a hint. It's called "something Rock".
Him: Oh yeah... Pride Rock.
I love Lion King Day! I'm so happy we were able to celebrate together.
